GENERAL
Vehicles may not be loaded beyond seating capacity. We are not responsible for articles left in the vehicle, but all efforts will be made to return found articles. Illegal drug use is prohibited by law. The driver has the right to terminate the run without refund if there is a blatant indiscretion on the part of the client. Company is not liable in the event of a mechanical breakdown while on charter. Lost time may either be refunded or applied to a future trip.
SMOKING
Smoking and vaping are not permitted in or near our vehicles.
WAIT TIME
On point to point transfers, 15 minutes of wait time is included on each pick up. After 15 minutes, wait time will be billed at $9.00 per 15 minutes ($36.00 per hour).
AIRPORT WAIT TIME
Our flat airport transfer rate includes 15 minutes of wait time on each pick up going TO the airport. After 15 minutes, wait time will be billed at $9.00 per 15 minutes ($36.00 per hour). Wait time begins at the scheduled pick up time. On pick ups FROM an airport, our flat rate includes 1 hour of wait time on domestic arrivals and 1.5 hours of wait time on international arrivals. Wait time begins at the landing time of the flight. Additional wait time will be billed at $9.00 per 15 minutes ($36.00 per hour).
TOLLS/PARKING
All fees for parking and toll charges will be added to the bill at the end of the trip.
ADDITIONAL STOPS
Unscheduled stops along the route will be billed at the hourly rate for the vehicle with a minimum of $15 per stop. All unscheduled or additional stops are at the discretion of the driver depending on schedule.
CANCELLATION POLICY
All SUV and Sedan trips can be cancelled up to 4 hours prior to the reservation time without charge. A full trip charge will be applied to a cancellation within 4 hours or less. On hourly trips, two hours will be charged for trips cancelled within 4 hours or less of the reservation time. Stretch Limo, Sprinter and coach trips can be cancelled up to 72 hours prior to the reservation time without charge. A full trip charge will be applied to a cancellation within 72 hours or less.
ANIMALS
All pets must be approved at the time of the booking and must remain in their carry bags or kennels. Releasing a pet from their bag/kennel will result in the driver needing to get the car washed and vacuumed before the next run and will result in a $50 charge. All damage from a pet will result in a minimum fee of $250 up to the actual cost of repair including any charges related to cleaning up “accidents”. Bona fide service animals are exempt from these policies and are always welcome.
VEHICLE DAMAGE
A minimum of $250 and up to the amount of actual damages will be charged for ALL damage to the vehicle. This includes, but is not limited to; cleaning any bodily fluid, carpet or seat burns, spilling of beverages, food stains, make up spills or torn upholstery.
